Chicago's Fred Astaire Dance Studio, 200 North Michigan Avenue, launches its new Lunch Hour and Rush Hour Beginner Group Dance Lessons with two free kick-off events at China Grill, 230 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago.
On Tuesday, June 15 at 12:15 p.m., and again at 5:15 p.m., studio owner Jesse DeSoto -- an alum of Dancing With the Stars Season 3 -- and his staff of top-ranked dance pros will lead a free 30-minute beginner group lesson, followed by high-energy dance demos, drawing for prizes, and complimentary tastes from China Grill's all-new, revamped menu.
"We want to give the 'two left feet' crowd a chance to see what it's all about," says DeSoto. "With our new Lunch Hour and Rush Hour Group Lessons, we're hoping to provide area workers fun alternative to eating lunch in an office cubicle, or sitting in bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic.
Fred Astaire's new group lesson series begin the week of June 21 and will meet directly at the dance studio, which is located next to China Grill.
Space is limited for the June 15 kick-off events at China Grill and requires advance reservations which can be made by calling Fred Astaire Dance Studio at 312-263-6505.
